A perfect stay in a lovely hotel. The location is perfect. The staff are so helpful and friendly, rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, everything is superbly and professionally run with great attention to detail. Breakfasts were great with lots of choice and good quality ingredients. Thank you for helping to make our stay in Grenoble so enjoyable!

We were placed in the recently renovated room. We really liked the view from the balcony. Not sure if there was AC, but there was free wifi. Parking is within distance (public garage), just ask for a reduce parking fee (from 33 to 19 euros). We had to carry our luggage from the parking all the way to the hotel. Upon checking out though, this very friendly front desk said my husband can pick up the car (he was given code to be able to park just outside of the hotel) and helped us with the luggage. Thanks to that receptionist. I didn't get his name 😊

Very nice indeed. Just about the perfect location, a very short walk from the nearest tram station and just around the corner from the town square. It is at the edge of the old town, and so a short work from the most interesting part of the city. Nice room, with good air conditioning when the outside temperature touched 100° Fahrenheit. Soufian at the front desk was most hospitable. If I had to knock anything, it would be the 17 Euro breakfast, where the choices were more limited than I expected.

Very good hotel in a super central location when you want to stay in downtown Grenoble. Our room had a decent size and was very clean and comfortable. Also the bathroom and shower were immaculate. The staff was very friendly and caring, I can recommend this place. Note the hotel is in the precinct, so you can’t park in front of the door, not even to drop luggage (unless you have a motorcycle and can sneak around the barrier)

We are staying in the hotel overnight. Let me tell you, this is perhaps the best hotels we ever stayed in in France. The room is nice size, very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is large with the tub and the toilet is separate. The hotel overall is tastefully decorated, with a nice mix of traditional and modern decor. The staff is magnificent, nice and helpful. If I would be very picky, I would say that I would have liked my towels and bath robe to be much softer and fluffier. Other then that, we are very pleased.

Location is great for restaurants and bars. Parking available at extra cost. But cheaper than full price. Front of house staff are great. Rooms are on the small side. Especially at the sides of the bed. Room 412.

EXCEPTIONAL, 5 star! The personal is one of the best, very attentive, educate and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is very centric, calm and some rooms have nice views to the street. Also offer a fixed price per day to park your car and bring it back when required. In resume, they offer solution and comodity if you look for a good hotel in Grenoble.
